Mango Peach Spritz

Looking for a refreshing drink to cool you down on a hot summer day? Look no further than the Mango Peach Spritz! A flavor bomb of mango and peach! This delightful non-alcoholic beverage is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors, guaranteed to quench your thirst. 

Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 cups water  
  • 6 tsp loose or 6 teabags of Mango Peach tea 
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (you can add more or less depending on taste preference)
  • 1 mango 
  • 1 liter of cold soda water
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and 1/2 lemon for garnish
  • Fine mesh strainer 
  • Pitcher (2 quart pitcher)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat water and sugar on high heat in a medium sauce pan. Stir while waiting for the mixture to boil. (approximately 212°F) 
  2. While you're waiting for the tea to steep, dice half the mango set aside and smash the other mango with a fork in a bowl and set aside. 
  3. Once boiling turn off heat and add Mango Peach tea to the sauce pan. Steep tea for 10-12 minutes. Remove teabags once steeped and squeeze out any remaining tea from the bags before discarding the bags. 
  4. Next use fine mesh strainer and strain out as much mango juice from the mashed mango. Then add the mashed mango to the mixture in the pan and stir.
  5. Once mixed pour the brewed mixture over a strainer into a pitcher to preventing the mashed mango going into the pitcher. 
  6. Add the 1 liter of soda water.
  7. Add the pinch of salt and the lemon juice then stir gently to combine.
  8. Serve immediately over ice, garnish with diced mangos and enjoy!
