Sparkling Berry Hibiscus

Serves 4
Here's what you'll need:
- 4 cups boiling water (212°F)
- 6 tsp of Berry Hibiscus tea
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (this is optional and you can add more to taste)
- Club soda cold (1/4 club soda per glass)
- 2 medium oranges (1 for infusing and 1 for garnishing)
DIRECTIONS:
- Boil 4 cups of water to 212°F
- Add tsp of Berry Hibiscus tea to boiled water and steep for 5-7 mins. You can use an infuser or teabags.
- Remove teabags from pitchers making sure to squeeze out any tea from the teabags.
- Stir in sugar if using.
- Add orange slices from 1 orange and put in fridge to cool for 2 hours or over night.
- Once cold remove from fridge and garnish your glasses with remaining orange.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour in 1/4 cup of club soda. Pour orange infused Berry Hibiscus tea mixture over ice, club soda, and serve.
Tips:
- You can add lemon to this mixture for a citrus splash. Just make sure not to add the lemon in if steeping overnight unless you are looking for a strong citrus beverage.
